Shannon Slabaugh
As a Sacramento native, Shannon grew up involved in sports within the community. Over the years she has developed a strong passion for health and fitness. In Fall 2018, She received her BS in Business Marketing from California State University, Sacramento. Shannon now focuses on engaging the community through our social media and working with the various athletes and partners of Trifecta. In her spare time you can find her adventuring through new cities, working out or exploring nature while taking hikes.
