Your delivery will arrive on Friday, or Saturday at the latest, and will default to a weekly schedule. You can skip weeks on your account page or you can request that your account be set up on an every other week, every 3rd week, or every 4th week
Anytime you make updates to your account, you'll want to submit them at least 7 days in advance (one Friday before-hand), so that the changes apply to the next payment. This includes changes in your preferences, number of meals, shipping or billing address, cancels or skips.
The meals last up to 7 days in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer. You can heat the meals in a microwave, oven, air fryer, or stove top.
